Where is dark seance on halloween? Still good anyhow.
Still dark at times though. I guess maybe my expectations were really way too high, as the biscuits can have the most sinister demonic jams of anybody. I figured there would be unoly conjurings and exorcisms considering it was a peak year of evil glory for them. Maybe some strong psychedelics were floating around that made semi-normal musical stuff scary? Cause the jams are still real epic and trancendental, but I guess I expected some deep jungle (like fall 00) or something. Who knows, its alright for a a one set show in comparison to other 99 shows. Now whats the best jam on here??? JIGSAW is the masterpiece on here. Very epic and trippy, with lots of very classic guitar leads by "the barber". Soaring solo-esque leag guitar actually works for this kind of a set. Way better than "the barber" is nowadays. By far better guitar back in the day, with more innovation and zen improvisation. Normal bisco sound quality, and not much 'electronic jamming' but more of a hybrid rock-prog-independant-classical thing?. I now think they were trying to do a little something unique at this show. Maybe it was a bit more levitation/tripping versus disco dance party. Cool and plopped with traces of blabs and the oblvious quentarp scenario. I wonder if they were in costume for this show? I hope so cause that would've made the acid warper's trip out (for the psychedelic warlords).
